CalRecycle WebPass: Create Account

To create your account, complete the following:

1. Fill in the form below and select the "Create My Account" button. Instructions to complete your WebPass account will be emailed to you.
2. Follow the instructions in the email to FULLY activate your account. Your WebPass must be activated before you can access a secured CalRecycle application.

Your password must conform to the following rules:

Must be 8-16 characters.
Must contain at least one uppercase character and one lowercase character.
Must contain at least one number.
Cannot use more than 1 characters in a row (for example: oo).
